Susan began her career as a Research Psychologist at The National Institutes of Health (NIH). She wanted to discover what makes some people healthier and more successful than others. Months later she realized they were only studying ill and dysfunctional people and raised her hand in one of their prestigious weekly conferences: “What more could we learn if we started studying healthy, contributing members of society as well?” She thought her audience would be excited. But instead, they laughed.

Undaunted, Susan spent the next 20 years shadowing ‘the greats of the planet’ and discovered 10 Skills they were using unconsciously. They could do it, but they couldn’t teach it. Their pursuit of success had become a threat to their health and families. HSPs asked Susan to develop ways to teach the 10 Success Skills to their teams. The results were immediate and measurable!

Susan Ford Collins is the Founder and CEO of The Technology of Success, a Miami-based training, consulting and coaching company which teaches the 10 Success Skills that she discovered.
