What makes some people more successful than others, more able to enjoy their lives and careers?  And lead others to enjoy theirs?

Susan began her career as a researcher at the National Institutes of Health. She wondered what more they could learn if they studied Highly Successful People not just ill and dysfunctional ones.  When she proposed this research, her colleagues laughed initially, but Susan was on the verge of a major breakthrough.
